The notice indicated that the unaudited management accounts (which were not audited in 2019) may be adjusted as expected in the year ended December 31, 2019, so that the unaudited management accounts in 2019 did not reflect the financial performance and conditions of the group in a true and fair manner. The company did not consider it appropriate to publish unaudited management accounts of the group in 2019. Eye.
