The project was constructed by Zhejiang Jiaxing Tianzhihua Spray Weaving Co., Ltd. with an investment of nearly 3 billion yuan. The enterprise also realized transformation and upgrading in the process of industrial transfer. The project will be constructed in five phases. At present, the three phases are gradually put into production. After completion, there will be 500 sets of world advanced vortex spinning equipment. At that time, Pingshan will become the largest vortex spinning production base in China.

In addition to Tianzhihua, Zhejiang Sichuan Textile Industrial Park also has many "national champions" in sub industries: Sichuan Runhou Special Fiber Co., Ltd. is the largest special coated yarn enterprise in China, and Yibinghong Curve Industry Co., Ltd. is the largest sewing thread enterprise in China... Up to now, Zhejiang Sichuan Textile Industrial Park has introduced 40 textile enterprises with a total investment of 28.9 billion yuan, The whole industrial chain of spinning, spinning, weaving and clothing has been initially built, and the output value will exceed 40 billion yuan after all of them are put into production. In the future, it will become the core base of Yibin's 100 billion yuan textile industry.

The 100 billion photovoltaic industry in Xiuzhou District has inspired Pingshan. Pingshan County has started to install photovoltaic power generation demonstration projects in the administrative center and industrial park, and has implemented a 100 MW distributed roof photovoltaic power generation project.
