Dong Wenli, general manager of advertising company in Mong Kok, Yushu City, started business in 1997.

Dong Wenli was born in a poor peasant family and his father was sick. In order for him to go to university, his 16 year old brother had to drop out of school to work on the site.

In July 1994, Dong Wenli graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Changchun Normal University and was assigned to teach in the Sixth Middle School of Yushu city.

In 1997, the education reform in Yushu City, and the competition with him, was a female teacher. Her husband was laid off for many years. He had children, and his parents in law need to be fed up. When Dong Wenli saw him, he said to her, "big sister, I won't argue, let me go!"

In this way, Dong Wenli gave up the "iron rice bowl" and resolutely chose to start his own business.

He borrowed more than 1000 yuan, and rented a temporary 9 square meter simple house on the right side of the Sports Bureau of Yushu city. He got a table, a chair and a carving knife, named "Mong Kok decoration Department", and began his own career.

With the concept of good faith management as its core, the company started to struggle at a very difficult stage. He could neither afford helpers nor working capital, and had no stable passenger flow. He had only a few simple tools at hand. When acquaintances saw him, he said, "good teachers, you don't do it. Look, you have made oil and wheat flowers. You are not ashamed of yourself."

Soon after the opening of the business, a client had to decorate his house, and he needed to go to the shed for a few hours to give him a piece of money. Though he was tired and losing money, he still came to the customer's home with the electric hammer.

Tired stiff neck, sweating all over, busy until sunset, finally completed this no one willing to do the work.

Dong Wenli thought, "I just want to be able to do that. I can do what others can, and I can do what others can't do."

Once he gave a carving to a unit, he carved three pieces, but finally he did not make money. He also lost one hundred yuan.

He has donated more than ten times to the sick children and poor students in Yushu city's first experimental primary school, Yushu city's second experimental primary school and so on. From 1998 to now, he invested more than 8 yuan, and in the elm city and township (town) streets hung over 380 Public Welfare Promotion billboards......
