Last year, Nantong Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd. invested about 1000000 yuan, built a waste heat exchanger and other projects, saving energy costs of nearly 3 million yuan a year.

This year, the company plans to invest more than 130 yuan to build pH value online detection control system and other projects. It is expected to save 300 yuan in various energy costs each year.

In order to build new energy saving projects and strengthen the investment in technological pformation, we should better tap the potential of energy saving and emission reduction of the company. From the end of last year, the company has encouraged employees to make more suggestions on rationalization of energy conservation and emission reduction, and announced incentives. It is recommended that 100 thousand yuan will be rewarded after adoption, with a reward of 400 yuan, with special rewards for special contributions.

In the bleaching and dyeing workshop, the workers suggested that several valves should be adjusted. After the company adopted the proposal and put it into practice, the steam flow meter showed that the steam consumption per hour was reduced from 3.2 tons to 2.5 tons.

This alone saves 2800 tons of steam a year and costs about 450 thousand yuan.

This proposal has also become the first source of inspiration for the new project to be built this year -- the automatic controller for drying the cloth and humidity.

Some employees suggested that the double track caterpillar boxes of two desizing and boiling machines in the factory can be changed into single track caterpillar boxes. The company soon adopted this proposal. After testing, it was found that 8 tons per hour could be saved, and the water fee could be saved nearly 100 thousand yuan a year.

At the same time, due to the lack of water, the corresponding sewage treatment and discharge also reduced, and energy saving and emission reduction can kill two birds with one stone.
