Taiwan Textile And Clothing Research And Development Building
Yesterday morning, Shishi six projects held a groundbreaking and commencement ceremony for the Eleventh "sea Expo".
These six projects include the laying ceremony of Dalong commerce and Trade New District, the launching ceremony of the three stage south and North D trading area of the garment city, the launching ceremony of the Taiwan foreign trade building, the launching ceremony of the textile and clothing research and trade building, the foundation laying ceremony of the clothing City comprehensive service center building and the foundation laying ceremony of the garment city passenger station.
Among them, the Taiwan textile and clothing R & D trade building project is located on the south side of Shishi clothing City River Hotel, with a total construction area of 61018 square meters, consisting of 1 19 storey commercial and residential buildings and 1 24 storey trade research and development complex, with a total investment of 30 million US dollars. After the completion of the project, clothing design, information technology exchange, personnel training, innovative research and development, international trade and other businesses will be carried out in an all-round way to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.
The Hua Min foreign trade building project is located on the north side of the clothing City River Hotel, with a total construction area of 54675 square meters, consisting of 1 19 storey office buildings and 1 26 storey high-rise residential buildings. The construction of Hua Min foreign trade building will attract foreign investment to set up offices, marketing centers, R & D centers, supporting government departments of foreign trade management, and introduce freight, shipping agency companies and banks to build up a perfect platform for foreign trade service so as to realize the complementary advantages of both sides.
The total construction area of 122 thousand and 400 square meters of the garment city three phase project, the total construction area of 25578 square meters of clothing city comprehensive service center building, 40 square meters of clothing city passenger station and planning area 167102 square meters of the new business area will be used as an important project of Shishi clothing City supporting facilities, to provide more complete support for the daily needs of Shishi clothing city merchants.
