AQSIQ: Export Children'S Clothing Must Pass Security Check.

In June 11th, AQSIQ requested that the safety items of rope and accessories for children's garments exported to the US, EU and Japan be tested according to the laws and standards of import countries.

Shenzhen inspection and quarantine department revealed yesterday that from the implementation of Shenzhen, there are still many problems, and the relevant enterprises should pay attention to it.

It is understood that in recent years, children's clothing because of rope and small parts design is unreasonable, the safety project failed to cause accidents, accidents happen frequently.

In the historical case released by the European Commission on standards, there were children wearing long oversized free ends with knots in the neck area of their clothing. Children were caught and dragged by the door when they got off the bus, causing serious injuries.

Therefore, the safety performance of children's clothing parts has become the increasingly concerned quality and safety requirements of developed countries such as Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries, and has strengthened the formulation of relevant standards.

According to the requirements of the AQSIQ, the Shenzhen inspection and Quarantine Bureau has completed 24 batches of samples and 120 samples according to the relevant standards of the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

It is found that some samples of clothing accessories do exist security risks.

The inspection and quarantine department appealed to the relevant enterprises to further enhance the awareness of product quality and safety and to respond passively to the initiative.

Two, we should learn relevant laws and regulations and standards at home and abroad, and strictly carry out product design, production and quality control according to requirements.

Three, we need to strengthen testing. We should send samples to authoritative testing institutions for testing without testing ability, and improve and perfect products according to the test results.
