Gong Mou sues for payment of all arrears, and the group claims that the company also has a sales counter in Han Dynasty, which is responsible for Li Bing (a pseudonym), and Gong Mouceng has seized many goods on behalf of Li Bing. Li Bing still owes no more than 29 yuan of payment to the company so far, so he asked the court to sentence Gong to pay the money first.

To this, Gong Mou respondent thinks, he and Li Bing are friends, just take goods on behalf of Li Bing, this 29 million yuan debt dispute is between Li Bing and Senda group company, has nothing to do with him.

The court announced a sentencing date.
