It is understood that the scope of this basic pension adjustment for enterprise retirees is the personnel who have gone through the retirement formalities before December 31, 2010, including the organs in charge of the basic old-age insurance co ordination scope of enterprises in Tibet autonomous region, the labor contract workers of public institutions, and the retirees of the enterprise management institutions, the demobilized cadres of the army, the family members of the armed forces, and the spiritual employment.

The general adjustment method is to adjust qualified personnel according to their accumulated payment years, adjust 3 yuan in two categories every year, adjust 3.5 yuan in three categories, adjust 4 yuan in four categories, and calculate less than one year by one year.
