At first glance, there is no difference between two handmade high-end suit coats with similar styles; But in the eyes of the experts, any slight difference between them will make their value very different. When you are hesitant to choose a handmade high-end suit, you may as well pay attention to these links:

Raw materials: just like the first preparation process before cooking, the raw materials at the beginning of garment making are very simple but very important: pencils, chalk and paper patterns, which can be used to design new shapes and styles; Then there is fabric, tape measure, needle, thread and scissors. When the raw materials are ready, all that is needed is the enthusiasm, skill, creativity and attention to details. It's the only way to make a unique garment.

The unknown inner soul: the inner lining is the soul of a suit coat, but it is often ignored, and many people even know nothing about it. It's a layer of cloth between the outer and inner layers of a garment. In high-end customized and relatively high-end ready-made garments, the lining is usually sewn by hand, so as to achieve the best fit. For less sophisticated suits, the lining is bonded to the other surfaces of the garment with a synthetic glue. Every detail of pure wool lining, goatskin, horsehair reinforced padding, pure cotton shoulder lining, lining, and hand-made set sleeves to maintain armhole shape are very important. Only by skillful combination can a perfect and durable coat be made.

Stitches and stitches: stitch by stitch stitches various fabrics and linings of different thicknesses and functions. Each piece of material should be fixed, sewed, and then accurately stitched in place. With the skillful hands of garment makers, the sewing lines outline the various parts of the clothing lines and silhouettes, and a garment will gradually take shape.

Hand eye coordination: skillful hands and sophisticated eyes are the key to splicing sleeves and collars. Only in this way can the lines be perfectly symmetrical, especially in plaid or patterned fabrics. The lapel and collar are sewn with special technology to ensure perfect seam and smooth arc. From this point of view, precise technique and careful attention can produce totally different results.

Final finishing: a final press will be applied before the suit is finished. Although all parts of the garment have been steam ironed and pressed dry at each sewing stage, they still need to be placed on the crescent shaped wooden base for final ironing to ensure the perfect shape and style of the whole suit coat. Then remove the seams, the clothes naturally form the final shape, and then with a critical eye for the final inspection, to ensure its perfect quality.
