Xu Ping: in order to enhance the ability to adapt to market demand, last year, we vigorously explored the potential of internal production, and on the other hand, quickly sought social collaboration.

In the face of the shortage of warp knitting machine production capacity, the company has made great efforts to use the large-scale production of the main parts of the warp knitting machine and the outsourcing of non key parts, so that the production capacity has been expanded by 40%.

In 2011, the monthly output of the warp knitting machine basically reached the high production capacity of 80~90. It broke through the bottleneck of the 50 units around for a long time, and realized the capacity of more than 1000 units of warp knitting machines per year.

Under the effective guarantee of production rhythm, the annual sales volume of the core product KS3B-218 warp knitting machine accounted for 54% of the total sales volume, becoming the main economic growth point of the company in 2011.

The export of warp knitting machines is also very strong, and export sales have doubled and doubled over the whole year.


The improvement of product output shows that the company's technology and capacity are fully capable of meeting the market demand.

But we are also soberly aware that this year's bad market is the best time for enterprises to adjust. This is not only our main task this year, but also can lay a solid foundation for the future development of the company.


Reporter: the market of Changde textile machinery is very high, which requires both technical support and capital support.

How does the company ensure the input of technology development?


Xu Ping: in order to implement the annual new product development plan, the company began to increase investment in science and technology from the market demand.

In 2011, the company invested more than 2700 yuan in science and technology, an increase of 25% over the same period, and completed the development and trial production of 5 new products throughout the year.

New product sales rate reached 63.2%, to a certain extent, optimize the product market structure, enhance the competitiveness of the brand.


Three new products, KS4BM-186-EL, E2281A-136 and E2291A/6X-84, which were independently developed by the company, have completed the mechanical identification. Among them, the all electronic technology KS4BM-186-EL high-speed towel machine took part in last year's production.

E2528/2A-186, a new all electronic high-speed warp knitting machine, also took part in the Spanish ITMA International Textile Machinery Exhibition held in September last year. It appeared for the first time on the international stage. It represents the manufacturing level of Chinese warp knitting machine, and fully demonstrates the new product development technology and competitive strength that the company keeps pace with the times.

With the continuous innovation of products, technological innovation results come forth one after another.

In 2011, the company declared 6 patents throughout the year, and 3 patents were authorized by the state.

At present, the company has applied for 34 patents, including 5 invention patents and 24 authorized ones.

The giant eagle warp knitting machine and cradle are recognized as provincial brand products; the new high-speed warp knitting machine industrialization project has been checked and accepted by the state financial subsidies; the E2178 warp knitting machine has been awarded the three prize of scientific and technological progress awarded by the China Textile Industry Federation; the QYJ30 series gas pressurized cradle has won the three prize of science and technology progress of Heng Tian Group and has been appraised by the Hunan provincial scientific and technological achievements; the general manager of the company's general technology, Zhou Xiaowen, won the Changde science and technology award of 2011 and the 2011 prize of the first prize of textile technology of Sam MA in 2011.

All these achievements have brought together the wisdom and sweat of all the textile workers in Changde, especially the scientific and technological personnel.


In addition, in order to adapt to the flourishing development of domestic warp knitting enterprises and promote the adjustment of production mode, the project of warp knitting New District project is going on as scheduled.

While doing a good job in the construction of new districts, the company has also planned dozens of technical pformation projects throughout the year, with a total investment of about 30000000 yuan, an increase of 60% over the same period.

The equipment was completed nearly 20 million yuan, and the equipment structure was further optimized.


Reporter: your company has put forward a dumbbell strategy in the process of reform and reorganization. Would you like to talk about how your company has taken a substantial step in implementing the dumbbell strategy?


Xu Ping: the reform and reorganization of non main business units is an important part of the structural adjustment of the dumbbell strategy.

In accordance with the overall strategic plan of Jingwei and the needs of the company's own development, we have begun the substantive step of reform and reorganization of non main business units.

After careful decision making, we decided to withdraw from the four major businesses of powder metallurgy, casting, forging and selling, and promote the "dumbbell" production organization mode of internal processing business.

Through meticulous publicity and effective communication, the reform work has been deepened.

The forging business smoothly withdrew, the powder metallurgy workshop and the cradle branch sales division were withdrawn and formally formed a new private company. The new private operation mechanism with diversified ownership and clear property rights and the casting processing business were completed by the end of this year.

The successful implementation of the above reform and reform system marks a substantial step forward in the withdrawal of our main business. At that time, the dumbbell production organization mode of warp knitting machine will take shape.

As a leading product of a company, how do you conduct quality control in the case of market recognition?


Xu Ping: in order to maintain the sustainable development of the company, we strengthen the management and implement the "physical quality control method" for warp knitting machines and other products. We carry out quality process control and carry out quality responsibility assessment. The pass rate of the warp knitting machine parts is increased by 0.06 percentage points.

Through the implementation of the quality reporting system for each warp knitting machine, the quality problem is obviously controlled.


The improvement of product quality requires a higher standard of management.

In our view, the level of field management is the comprehensive reflection of the image and spirit of an enterprise, and it is also an important sign to measure the quality and management level of employees.

For many years, the company has taken the field management as the promoter, and has taken the opportunity of acceptance of 6S in the Jingwei stock company to further strengthen 6S management.

In the system, clear measures, compared with the 60 standards of 6S management compliance, revising the management work plan, making clear the management policy, printing the management manual, and publicizing and implementing it at the pre class meeting.

Guided by action, the 6S steering group of the company went deep into the workshop to guide the on-site management of the units, and put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions for deepening the on-site management of the production workshop.


6S management activities improve the quality of employees and enhance the image of the company.

After successfully passing the inspection and acceptance of Jingwei 6S, the company was also recommended as the Jingwei 6S management demonstration factory.
