Feifan It is a Wanda e-commerce company jointly established by Wanda, Baidu and Tencent at the end of August last year. Feifan has a total investment of 5 billion yuan, with Wanda holding 70% and Tencent Baidu holding 15% respectively. According to official data, so far, the number of downloads of Feifan APP has reached 1 million, and the number of new members has exceeded 5 million.
It is reported that Feifan will achieve strategic cooperation with Wuzhou International Group this time. Feifan will provide a complete set of "Internet+" solutions for 16 shopping centers under Wuzhou International Group, and use Internet technology to Shopping Mall Build information infrastructure construction such as WiFi and Beacon, as well as services such as parking, finding stores, queuing and movies, to enhance consumers' offline shopping experience. At the same time, it will also open sharing members, points, big data, and more Internet resources to the shopping center.
Wuzhou International Group, headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is one of the top ten commercial real estate enterprises in China in 2015 in terms of comprehensive strength. Zhao Lidong, CEO of Wuzhou International Group, said that the entry of 16 shopping centers under Wuzhou International Group into Feifan Open Platform is an attempt to adapt to market development and actively carry out Internet+transformation. After cooperation with Feifan, the business model of the shopping center under Wuzhou International Group will present an ecological development combining online and offline, and use Internet thinking and tools to revitalize the shopping center.
Ren Wei, chief operating officer of Feifan, said that as a scenario service operator of physical commerce+Internet, Feifan would integrate Internet technology and resources from the starting point of physical commerce operation and consumer demand, and build an all-round Internet open platform for operators, businesses and consumers of physical commerce.
