In November 18th, the sixth session of the five China Textile planning and Research Forum and the textile planning and development forum was held in Tianjin, focusing on the coordinated development of the textile and garment industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

The "one belt along the way", the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the Yangtze River economic belt are the three major strategies for the implementation of regional economic development. Yang Jizhao further pointed out that in the face of the new situation, China's textile industry will give full play to the decisive role of market allocation of resources in accordance with the central "four comprehensive" strategic arrangements, take the initiative to adapt and lead the new normal development of the economy, and make use of the good industrial foundation of the textile industry to accelerate structural adjustment.

We should strive to improve the quality and efficiency of development, create a new era of "Internet +", and become a textile power with high level of technological strength and brand strength, continuous optimization of industrial structure, sustainable development of ecological civilization, and continuous improvement of personnel system.

At present, the textile industry "13th Five-Year" development plan has completed the fourth draft, especially in the textile industry positioning. New content has been added to the textile industry. The textile industry is not only the traditional pillar industry of the national economy, an important livelihood industry, and an industry that creates a new international advantage, but also a combination of fashion and science and technology. Clothing, consumption and industrial use also play an important role in beautifying people's lives, promoting related industries and stimulating domestic demand growth.
