Gansu Quality Supervision: Sampling Inspection Of Children Clothing Products Physical Quality Sampling Rate Of 83.3%

In February 9th, the Gansu Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau's official website released the results of the provincial supervision and sampling inspection of children's clothing products in 2017.

The results showed that, according to the "PRC quality control law", "People's Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance", "product quality supervision and spot checks management measures" and "Gansu product quality supervision and management regulations", the 3 quarter of 2017, Gansu provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau organized the provincial supervision and spot check of children's clothing product quality.

A total of 60 batches of children's clothing products from 60 enterprises in 13 cities (States) of Lanzhou, Qingyang, Pingliang, Gannan, Baiyin, Dingxi, Wuwei and so on were selected. The quality of 50 batches of products was qualified, and the qualified rate of physical quality sampling was 83.3%, and the quality of products had some problems.

The focus is on underpants, knitted pants, jeans, jeans and other products.

The inspection basis is the implementation plan of quality supervision and spot check of children clothing products in Gansu Province in 2017.

The inspection items are 9 items, including the name and address of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the size and specification of the product, the standard number of the product, etc., formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, water fastness (grade), acid perspiration fastness (grade), alkali resistance perspiration color fastness (grade), dry rubbing fastness (grade), fiber content and so on.

The results of spot checks showed that 10 batches of the products of 10 enterprises did not meet the requirements of the relevant standards. From the results of spot checks, 22 batches of product identification items failed to meet the standard requirements. Among them, 13 batches of products were only found to be non-standard. There were 10 items of fiber content items that failed to meet the standard requirements, and 1 batches of products did not meet the standard requirements for dry friction color fastness.

The Gansu provincial quality and Technology Supervision Bureau will, from the date of promulgation of the notice, take measures to deal with the unqualified enterprises appearing in the supervision and spot check according to law, such as ordering rectification, rectification and reexamination, question interviews, supervision after production licenses, administrative penalties and other measures.
