It Is Suggested That Xinjiang Build A Multi-Level Training System For Textile Talents.
At the twelve session of the two session of the CPPCC autonomous region, Li Anmin, member of the CPPCC National Committee, suggested that we should accelerate the training of local textile talents and build a multi-level training system for textile talents.
Over the past few years, with the support of various policies, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has developed rapidly. However, the shortage of talent is always a difficult problem.
Li Anmin, a full-time deputy director of the 93 Xinjiang society, has been concerned about the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry.
Data show that Xinjiang above scale textile and garment enterprises accounted for 13.4% of the total number of employees in Xinjiang's second industry in the same period.
Among them, professional and technical personnel account for only 1% of the employees.
Among the employees, the front-line workers have low overall cultural level and labor productivity is obviously lower than that of the eastern developed areas.
"Xinjiang textile school has a lot of shortcomings in the training of talents. For example, in professional setting, the professional foundation is relatively weak and the training direction is not comprehensive. In the aspect of teachers' team, there is a problem of insufficient quantity and low level.
In addition, enrollment difficulties and instability of students, low employment rate is also very prominent.
Li Anmin said.
The "13th Five-Year" development plan of the autonomous region textile industry pointed out that by 2020, the gross industrial output value reached 150 billion yuan, cotton spinning capacity reached 18 million spindles and loom 20 thousand units.
Technological innovation and brand building capabilities have been significantly enhanced. The rapid development and upgrading of the textile industry require a large number of engineering and technical talents with solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical skills.
How to train high-quality textile and garment talents?
Li Anmin believes that in order to build a complete personnel training system for the textile industry chain, Xinjiang has to adjust the professional setup and personnel training scale of relevant institutions.
The "Overpass" that promotes the growth of secondary vocational, higher vocational and undergraduate education.
At the same time, through social recruitment, university training, counterpart support, introduction of high level talents and professional personnel working mechanism in the mainland, we should intensify education and training to enhance the level of teacher education and teaching.
"We should let schools and enterprises actively cooperate to cultivate skilled and skilled talents in the excellent textile industry, and also through the implementation of the tuition subsidy policy for university students, the introduction of employment policies for textile and garment professionals, and so on, we will truly retain the skilled personnel in the textile and garment enterprises for a long time and make better use of the backbone role of the technology so as to contribute to the development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry."
