On the 18 day, Zhejiang launched the service month activities of foreign-invested enterprises. In June this year, the State Council fully affirmed Zhejiang's achievements in "six stable" work. According to statistics, the actual foreign investment in Zhejiang amounted to US $8 billion 984 million in 1-8, an increase of 11.06% over the same period last year, which is 7.87 percentage points higher than that of the whole country. Among them, the proportion of foreign investment in high-tech industry has increased to 33.64%, and the actual foreign investment in manufacturing industry is US $2 billion 970 million, an increase of 13.84% over the same period last year.

In order to continue to do a good job in "stabilizing foreign investment", the Zhejiang provincial government decided to launch the service month activities of foreign-invested enterprises around the theme of "Zhejiang is your home" from mid September to the end of October.

It is understood that during the month of service activities for foreign-invested enterprises, the business backbone of the more than 10 departments of the Zhejiang provincial development and Reform Commission, the people's office, the natural resources department and the Hangzhou Customs Department will form a policy advocacy service group, which will conduct three large-scale policy advisory activities in Eastern Zhejiang, southern Zhejiang and Western Zhejiang.

Sheng Qiuping, director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, said the event focused on the two aspects of the policy of "sending enterprises". Sheng Qiuping said that the service month activities of foreign invested enterprises will further optimize the business environment, take the "run up to one time" reform as the traction, comprehensively promote "one handle", build digital government to improve service level, and accelerate the construction of the whole process tracking service system of foreign capital projects, and provide support for policy formulation.

In addition, we should pay close attention to the implementation of the existing foreign investment policy, and intensify our efforts in attracting foreign investment. Sheng Qiuping proposed that China (Zhejiang) pilot Free Trade Zone, Ningbo "16+1" economic and trade cooperation demonstration area, high-quality foreign investment gathering area and overseas mergers and acquisitions should return to the industrial park, create brand of investment promotion activities, and further improve the index system and assessment system of foreign capital utilization.
