Shijiazhuang Changshan North Ming Polytron Technologies Inc disclosed in October 9, 2019 the announcement of the progress announcement on the share management of shareholders of Linzhi Tencent Cci Capital Ltd transferee company (announcement number: 2019-060) in the designated information disclosure media. The contents of the disclosure are corrected as follows:
Before correction: in October 8, 2019, the company received a notice from the Tencent of Linzhi that it had converted the shares of the company corresponding to the constant 20 and constant 21 management plan share into a direct holding of the company's shares by way of block trading in September 30, 2019. After the completion of the transaction, Linzhi Tencent directly held 42810056 shares of the company, accounting for 2.59% of the total shares of the company.
After correction, in October 8, 2019, the company received a notice from the Tencent of Linzhi that it had converted the shares of the company corresponding to the constant 20 and constant 21 management plan share into a direct holding of the company's shares by way of block trading in September 30, 2019. After the completion of the transaction, Linzhi Tencent directly held 42847100 shares of the company, accounting for 2.59% of the total shares of the company.
