Vipshop Opened The Cross-Border E-Commerce Pavilion
On November 15, online media learned that vipshop national cross-border e-commerce offline experience hall opened in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area bonded port area on November 11.
It is reported that there are about 6000 items on display in the exhibition hall, including mother and baby, kitchenware, cosmetics, health care products, bags, clothing and other categories. The experience hall adopts the operation mode of "front store and back warehouse + fast delivery". It takes only 10 minutes for consumers to place orders and pick up goods immediately.
According to the data, from January to August this year, the transaction volume of cross-border e-commerce business in the bonded port area reached 2.567 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.88%, accounting for 68.27% of the total, including 2.288 billion yuan of cross-border e-commerce import business and 279 million yuan of cross-border e-commerce export business.
Recently, the cross-border e-commerce giants have tried the offline experience store. Alibaba's cross-border retail e-commerce platform, global express, opened a flash store for the first time in Paris, France, from September 24 to 26. Paris local time on September 24, 2020, a large number of consumers lined up outside the global express express shop.
In October this year, the off-line flash store of foreign terminal officially landed in Shanghai Shimao Plaza, marking the completion of the first task of the offline layout of the cross-border e-commerce platform. You can see all kinds of goods with foreign cultural characteristics from all over the world, including cosmetics, snacks, bags, clothing, daily necessities and so on.
