Director of China Textile Machinery Equipment Industry Association, vice president of Jiangsu textile machinery equipment industry association, vice president of Jiangsu private science and Technology Enterprise Association, distinguished professor of Wuhan University of technology, Honorary Professor of Shanghai Donghua University and distinguished professor of Huaihai Institute of technology. He has won 29 municipal and above science and technology awards and 26 national patents.
