Vietnam's Textile Exports Fell 12% Over The First 2 Months Of Last Year.

Vietnam's Economic Times reported on March 3rd that Vietnam's Ministry of industry and commerce's industrial and Trade Information Center said 2 days that Vietnam's textile exports were about $1 billion 150 million in the first 2 months of this year, down 12% from the same period last year.

According to the report, 70% of Vietnam's textile export enterprises only receive production orders up to March.

The order volume of Hu Zhiming textile export enterprises decreased by 30-50% compared with the same period last year.

In 2008, the US market, which accounted for 55% of Vietnam's textile export market share, dropped by half in the first 2 months of this year.
