Apparel Limited by Share Ltd recently issued a notice on signing a brand licensing contract with LG fashion group and Shanghai Rong yuan Fashion Co., Ltd.

The lucky bird gets the right to use the HAZZYS brand trademark of the LG clothing group in China. The validity period is 10 years, of which the first 5 years will be renewed for 5 years when the number of outlets and the sales amount meet the three party's agreed standard. The contract operator is Shanghai Rong yuan fashion Co., Ltd.

51%, the main business of Rong yuan fashion is to operate young and fashionable international brand apparel.

The company intends to purchase 49% stake in other shareholders of Rong yuan fashion. After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 100% equity interest in Rong yuan fashion.

Rong yuan fashion is changed from a subsidiary company of a company to a wholly owned subsidiary. Its holding status has not changed and does not affect the performance of this contract.
